03.28.04 Six Years Later, Critics Still Praising Captain T's US Aliens CD Check out this brand new review of the 1997 Captain T CD, US Aliens, on State Of Emergency, AND don't miss Captain T performing songs from this classic CD with Ostronomy on March 30th at the Continental in NYC. The show starts at 8:30PM!! Captain T U.S. Aliens Captain T and their U.S. Aliens EP is surrounded with conspiracy and paranoia. The Sci-fi plot and government cover-up twists blend seamlessly with the sonic, metallic rock - creating a rather unique and exciting record. Captain T is apparently an Ex-CIA agent who wishes to expose the various government and departmental lies through catchy and hard hitting music. Song such as the soaring anthem; Americas Free delve into the alien cover ups of Area 51. Whilst the riffs flow against you and the vocals soar and dip along the warm air currents above the ocean of guitar. Whereas the rather softer faux love song of; Aqua Blue that sets the scene in Las Vegas with plenty of Elvis references and suspicious lyrics. There is a wealth of samples and sound effects interwoven throughout this record and thus create a very deep and layered atmosphere. Read the entire review.
